📳 Guest access Access to the private bedroom is through the furnace room, which opens into a hallway with the laundry area. These two areas are considered SHARED spaces. Your host or potential other Airbnb guests may have access to these areas. You also do have backyard access however this is a shared area where your host, their pet and other Airbnb guests may be present. One parking space is located in the back alleyway where you will find the parking leading up to the front door and all check-in instructions will be sent to you at the day of your check-in.
